I am trying to decide if I should post some of my writing on my blog. I know that a lot of other writers do. But I am currently in the middle of a huge writing project and don’t know if I’ll have time to work on anything to post here. For those writers out there, what are your reasons for posting or not posting your work?

I post small pieces of writing. In regards to longer pieces, I just recently posted a snippet of a longer piece, to see what people thought. It can be helpful to see if I’m going in the right direction.

I usually post poetry and small pieces of writing. As for a longer piece of writing, I may just post a sample to see if it interests anyone.
